Accounts Payable

Job Description:

We are seeking a hardworking and resourceful individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable at National Water Company in Riyadh, SA. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in finance.

Responsibilities: 1. Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests accurately and in a timely manner. 2. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies. 3. Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions. 4. Assist with month-end close processes. 5. Communicate with vendors to address payment inquiries and resolve issues. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper coding and approval of expenses. 7. Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned by management.

Requirements: 1. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 2. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 4. Basic understanding of accounting principles. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus. 6. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
