Remote Accounts Receivable

As a Remote Accounts Receivable at Saudi Electricity Company, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process for our company from a remote location in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Follow up on outstanding payments - Reconcile accounts - Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities - Investigate and resolve customer queries - Process adjustments - Maintain accounts receivable records - Prepare and analyze aging reports - Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy of financial data

Requirements: - Resourceful and dedicated individual - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to adapt to changing environments - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - Excellent communication skills - Detail-oriented and organized - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
