Accounts Receivable

As an Accounts Receivable Associate at Advanced Petrochemical Company in Riyadh, SA, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes and ensuring timely collection of payments from customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and timely payments 2. Generate and send out invoices to customers 3. Follow up on overdue payments and communicate with customers to resolve payment issues 4. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and update the financial system accordingly 5. Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and aging analysis 6. Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting 7. Provide support during audits and financial reviews

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2. 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field 3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 5. Excellent communication and presentation skills 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software 7. Experience in project management is a plus
