Financial Accounting

Main Responsibilities

Data Entry and Maintenance: Responsible for the entry and update of financial data to ensure that the information in the financial system is accurate.
Bill and Invoice Management: Process bills and invoices from suppliers and customers to ensure timely payment and collection.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the reports.
Budget Tracking: Assist in tracking and managing the company's budget and provide analysis and reports on budget execution.
Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliation regularly to ensure that the company's accounts are consistent with bank records.
Audit support: Assist internal and external audit work and provide required financial data and documents.
Document management: Maintain financial files and records and ensure the proper storage of all documents.
Other financial related tasks: Complete other tasks assigned by the financial manager or other superiors as needed.
Skill requirements:

Proficient in using financial software (such as QuickBooks, SAP) and office software (such as Microsoft Excel).
Have good data analysis skills and a meticulous work attitude.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Good organizational and time management skills, able to work under pressure and complete tasks on time.
Basic financial knowledge and understanding, familiar with accounting standards and financial processes.
