Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable at Saudi Binladin Group in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field. This position requires a high level of independence and drive, as well as strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage online accounts receivable processes and transactions - Monitor and reconcile customer accounts - Generate invoices and process payments - Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts - Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances - Prepare reports and analysis for management - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role - Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
