Job Description:

Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Online Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a key member of our finance department, the Online Accounts Receivable Associate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes in an online environment. This position requires a high level of accuracy, organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Process and monitor online payments from customers - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy - Generate and distribute invoices - Follow up on outstanding payments with customers via email and phone - Prepare reports on accounts receivable status - Work closely with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies - Maintain confidentiality of financial information - Collaborate with external vendors to streamline payment processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Resourceful and confident in handling challenging situations
