Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description: Middle East Battery Company in Medina, SA is seeking a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable associate. This is a fulltime position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage online accounts receivable processes and transactions - Monitor and reconcile customer accounts - Generate invoices and send to clients - Follow up on outstanding payments - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate billing and payment processing - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients regarding billing inquiries - Assist with month-end financial reporting and analysis - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivable transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related role - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively - Motivated, resourceful, cooperative, and creative personality traits
