Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Al Gosaibi Bros. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable Associate in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process for our online platform.

Responsibilities: - Process customer invoices and payments on a daily basis - Monitor accounts receivable aging report and follow up on overdue accounts - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Generate monthly financial reports related to accounts receivable - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing - Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Knowledge of online payment systems is a plus
