JOB PURPOSE:

This position will be responsible for m onitoring of the implementation of Security procedures at Riyadh Air HQ, c oordinating with Governmental entities with regards to security requirement updates, m onitoring issuance and control of Airport Passes. The role will also be in charge of taking corrective actions against any security findings and/or diversions in order to fulfill Riyadh Air Security requirements.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Ensure proper implementation of security policies and procedures in accordance with Riyadh Air Security Policy.
• Supervise, monitor and evaluate performance of security staff and/or service providers (if applicable).
• Review daily security reports and create a weekly report on facility security to be reviewed by management.
• Issuance of security access for staff and visitors.
• Compliance with Riyadh Air SOPs and policies.
• Any other tasks that maybe required by management.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience in industrial security.
• High School Diploma with 10 years of experience in industrial security.
• Experience in aviation security will be an asset.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or a High School Diploma with relevant years of experience as specified above.

SKILLS:

• Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Acceptable MS Office knowledge.
• Knowledge of country specific laws and industry regulations related to security.
