Senior Director, Community Business Development

Job DescriptionThe Senior Director is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate new business and revenue from within the organization's local community. This includes overseeing marketing, sales and customer relationship programs targeted at community residents, businesses and organizations.Responsibilities Develop and implement an overall community business development strategy aligned with organizational goals Oversee programs to identify, qualify and acquire new customers within the local community Manage sales representatives, account executives and community business development team Develop and optimize marketing programs to promote services and solutions to the local community Build and maintain relationships with key community stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities Track and analyze key community business development metrics to identify opportunities for improvement Implement sales processes and systems to drive efficiency and revenue growth from community customers Develop and manage the community business development budget Report regularly to senior management on progress against community revenue and acquisition objectives Identify and resolve issues impeding community business development effectiveness Remain up to date on the local community, including economic trends, major businesses and organizations Represent the organization at community events and trade associations to build visibility and networkQualifications Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing or a relevant field 15+ years of related experience in business development, sales, marketing or customer relationship management Proven track record of generating revenue from within a defined community or regionAbout UsROSHN is a national real estate developer powered by the Public Investment Fund, committed to delivering high quality communities to the Saudi citizens.OUR VISIONWe will deliver homes to thousands of people across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and create improved standards of living for all, working in partnership with the very best organizations their respective fields.
