Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and business objectives.
Design and propose comprehensive solutions that meet customer needs and leverage the company's product portfolio.
Prepare detailed technical proposals, including architecture diagrams, product specifications, and implementation plans.
Conduct in-depth technical discussions with customers to demonstrate how the company's solutions can address their challenges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors
Lead technical presentations , and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements to validate proposed solutions.
Partner with sales executives to develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Assist in the preparation of RFP/RFI responses, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
Provide technical support during sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a presales, technical consulting, or similar role within the technology industry.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, encryption, etc
Experience with local and international security frameworks such as NCA Controls, SAMA CSF, ISO 27001, etc
Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, translate them into technical requirements, and design appropriate solutions. Strong business acumen and understanding of the sales process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to create and deliver engaging and impactful presentations and product demonstrations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
