Responsibilities:
- Implementing the department’s policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with them within the facility
- Providing support in operations and activities within the department and coordination and support to other departments
- Supervising the planning and organization of work within the department, including the distribution of tasks and the organization of work procedures
- Supervising affiliated units and administrative expenses, including water and electricity, for all facilities affiliated with the company
- Coordination with relevant departments to implement activities related to administrative affairs and facilities
- Responsible for following up and processing government licenses such as civil defense, municipality, etc.
- Supervising all company facilities and assets, including buildings and vehicles, and following up on their maintenance in coordination with the relevant departments.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest corrective actions to increase growth opportunities
- Carrying out field visits to governmental and private agencies and following up on facilities on the ground
- Managing all of the company’s operational contracts in all fields and following up with the latest authorities to ensure reaching the lowest costs.
Qualifications and Skills:
Academic qualification not less than a diploma
• Appropriate experience in the same field
• Proficiency in Office programs
• Proficiency in the skill of communicating with different people
• Understanding labor laws and following up on developments
• High negotiation skills
