Job Description - Admin & Ops Support

Collaborating closely with the Operations and Administrative teams, ensuring seamless support across all facets of operations. Assisting in streamlining administrative processes, managing schedules, and facilitating communication between departments to optimize workflow efficiency. Upholding meticulous attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping while maintaining the utmost confidentiality. Dedicated to fostering a cohesive and productive environment, prioritizing organizational excellence and client satisfaction in every aspect of support provided.
  • Provide day to day administrative support to the Project Management Team.  
  • Assist the Heads of Department in an administrative support role when required.  
  • Implement and maintain procedures to ensure that continuity of the administrative ser vice is maintained at all times .  
  • Ensure that all purchase orders are processed and approved for payment with margin sheets and competitive quotations attached.  
  • Provide cover for reception when required.  
  • Occassional reception duties such as t yping and distribution of Purchase Orders.  
  • Provide day to day administrative support to the Account s Department where necessary.  
  • Assist the with booking support crew and compiling details for accreditation .  
  • Organize catering requirements for delivery on-site.  
  • Ensure that the Company’s policies, rules, procedures and obligations are observed in carrying out the above duties.  
  • Support the Operations team as required .  
  • Support the Logistics Administrator as required.

  • Previous administration experience within an office environment.  
  • Strong communication – fluent in English and Arabic, both verbal and written, with excellent interpersonal skills.  
  • Smart and Presentable.  
  • Excellent administrative skills.  
  • Able to work independently.  
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy  
  • Ability to take ownership of problems and act quickly.  
  • Good level of computer skills. ( Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)  
  • Mature approach to dealing with people at all levels of the organisation .  
  • Ability to learn and retain information within a reasonable time frame.  
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and pride in your work.  
  • Reliable with a good time keeping record.
