Job Description - Administration Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support our team and ensure smooth daily operations. Your key responsibilities will include: 1. Office Management.
2. Communication.
3. Scheduling and Coordination.
4. Document Management.
5. Data Entry and Record Keeping.
6. Visitor Management.
7. Support to Management. Qualifications: 1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
3. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Employment Related: Location: Jeddah.
Salary Range: (3000 to 3500)
