Woodston Personnel have an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Assistant with a client in Saudi Arabia.
Job Summary:
Responsible for handling various administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and assisting with general office duties and management.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in maintaining a smooth and efficient office environment.
Key Role Accountabilities:
1. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
2. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
3. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
4. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
5. Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure proper functioning.
6. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
7. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
8. Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
9. Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
10. Maintain office security by implementing access controls, monitoring surveillance systems, and maintaining visitor logs.
11. Serve as a point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors, and address inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
12. Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as needed.
