Job Description - Administrator Secretary

Job Summary:

We are currently hiring B.Com/ M.com with superior analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and the ability to communicate & influence a senior management team. The candidate should have accounting and financial analysis experience advanced operational experience is preferred. The candidate should have good communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with the various department heads at the company. The candidate must also be able to work efficiently in both independent and collaborative situations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.

• Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.

• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

• Take overer the suppliers' communication and orders.

• Must have experience with letter of credit (LC) and finance procedures.

• Documents financial transactions by entering account information & recommends financial actions accordingly.

• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.

• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.

• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.

• Handle all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions and reconciliations.

• Must have individually exhibited exceptional skills in filing all online/offline returns – Service Tax, Sales Tax, TDS, etc.

• Ability to undertake Invoicing (Sales), Purchase Orders (Purchases), Credit notes, Debit notes, VAT/CST, etc. on a day-to-day basis.

• Answer and direct phone calls.

• Organize and schedule appointments.

• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
