We at Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya are looking for Human Resources Executive.

In this role you will be responsibleto assist with theefficient running ofthe department in line with the Hyatt’s Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations.

You will also be responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Personnel Department in the Human Resources Division, assisting the Director of Human Resources or Human Resources Manager with the implementation of Hyatt’s people Philosophy throughout the hotel.

Requirement:

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Human Resources Assistant Manager or Human Resources Executive in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
