Job summary
WSP is hiring a BIM Coordinator for an Entertainment and Tourism Mega Project Ensure project progress and team performance to deliver on time and within budget Coordinate BIM use, assist with QA/QC, and implement BIM systems
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Ensure execution of works by monitoring project progress and team performance • Coordinate and assist the project team in using BIM • Manage the Project supply chain to deliver high-quality information and models • Perform QA/QC and Audit processes on Contractor's BIM deliverables • Assist in implementing and administering BIM systems • Support Clash Detection Processes, BIM Quality Control Plans, and more • Ensure all Contractor BIM models have required information for facility operations • Support Configuration, Maintenance, and Administration of the project CDE • Integrate open BIM standards and other data sources • Coordinate BIM issues with the supply chain and develop standards
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant Engineering field • Minimum 5 years experience in design, drafting, and BIM management • Proficiency in BIM360 and ACONEX Environment • Extensive knowledge of BS 8536, PAS 1192, and ISO 19650 series • Strong knowledge of COBie implementation and 4D, 5D deliverables • Experience working in a multi-national environment • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
