Job Description - Broker Relationship Officer

Job Summary

Establishes and maintains a business relationship with new or existing brokers. Provides commissions for brokers on accurate and timeliness manner. Troubleshoots all the administrative and specialized issues from brokers.

Job Responsibilities

  • the Brokers productivity and efficiency output to meet the sales target.
  • a frequent visits with the brokers within the regions to maintain excellent relationship.
  • presentations to Brokers in regard to products and services.
  • as a main contact person for Brokers in the respective region.
  • periodical reports on Brokers’ sales and collections.
  • high quality client services are provided
  • renewal notices are sent to the client in a proper timely manner.

Job Duties

  • team meetings and share best practices with colleague.
  • Sales activities on daily, weekly, and monthly bases or as requested.
  • clear understanding of broker’s business and requirements.
  • the existing data base with the status of each broker.
  • good relationship and service with existing broker’s and attending to broker complaints through regular visits, follow up and responding to enquiries to ensure creating sales opportunities for Wataniya.
  • potential broker’s by calling, emails and arrange for meetings.
  • with underwriting department to customize services for large accounts.
  • compliance with legal requirements, industry regulations, and Wataniya’s policies.

Job Qualifications

Educational Background and Certifications:

Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant field such as Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Research and Development, or Business development.

Experience:

1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant field.

Skills and Abilities

1. Bilingual (Arabic and English).

2. Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Specially Excel).

3. Excellent Sales skills and planning.

4. Awareness of SAMA legal aspect.

5. Presentation Skills.
