Job Description: Investment Manager for SMEs

They are a Fortune 500 company and one of the largest oil producers globally. They focus on creating new technologies and expanding their business lines through investments and acquisitions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by conducting market research and analysis.
• Build relationships with SMEs and partners to establish trust and partnerships.
• Work with partners and investors to develop execution plans for approved investment opportunities.
• Lead all aspects of project planning, team design, and progress tracking.
• Engage with stakeholders to enable investment execution.
• Close opportunities and track results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university. A Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, investment support, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or consulting.
• Strong experience in assessing market landscapes, financial modeling, and evaluating target revenue and profit forecasts.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with problem-solving abilities to understand how business model decisions impact performance.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and ability to travel as required.
• Team-oriented and collaborative work ethic with excellent presentation and English language skills.
