Call Center Operator:

We Elevate ..... Your Responsibilities:

  • Receive and dispatch customer calls using the Company system and following defined Call Center processes.
  • Maintain and display a professional decorum in all dealings with customers and Existing Installations Technicians.
  • Follow the defined escalation process ensuring that all calls or customer complaints are handled effectively.
  • Review and respond to all special condition indications regarding a customer, a contract or an equipment.
  • Handle all calls from Tele-alarm and Tele-monitoring devices, where installed, ensuring the appropriate service delivery according to the contract conditions.
  • Participate in all training and process improvements initiatives of the Call Center as required
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and deliver accurate customer feed back
  • Reporting received call back, trapped passenger incident and frequent break down (sick unit) to service leaders and branch manager.
  • Any other related responsibilities and duties requested by line Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
  • Desired Complaints handling skills, stress tolerance skills, IT skills, local language skills. Customer oriented behavior.

  • Desired experience in similar positions for at least one year.
