Responsibilities As a Certification Program Specialist for the Saudi ProductSafety Program, you will be responsible for overseeing and managingall aspects of the certification process to ensure compliance withlocal regulations and standards. Your primary duties willinclude: Program Development: Collaborate with stakeholdersto develop and enhance certification programs to meet the evolvingneeds of the Saudi Product Safety Program. RegulatoryCompliance: Stay up-to-date with local regulations and standardsrelated to product safety and certification, ensuring that allcertification processes align with theserequirements. Application Processing: Manage the intake andprocessing of certification applications, reviewing documentation andensuring completeness and accuracy. Documentation Management:Maintain accurate records of certification activities, includingapplication materials, test results, and certificationsissued. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a point of contactfor stakeholders, providing guidance and support throughout thecertification process and addressing any inquiries orconcerns. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurancemeasures to ensure the consistency and integrity of the certificationprocess, including periodic audits and reviews. Training andEducation: Develop training materials and conduct training sessionsfor internal staff and external stakeholders on certificationrequirements and processes. Continuous Improvement: Identifyopportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within thecertification program, implementing best practices to enhance overalleffectiveness. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• BachelorsDegree Engineering, International Relations, or other specializationbased on the specific coverage, preferred.
• Minimum 3 yearsof relevant experience.
• Deep knowledge of the TIC businessand the industries in which the business functions.
• Understanding of scheme operation requirements and ability toconnect those to business needs and customer preferences.
• Natural influencing skills, confident and be able to deliverthe message.
• Ability to network and build relationship withinternal and external stakeholders and lead/facilitate collaborationtoward a common goal.
• Able to deal in the ambiguity and takedecisions, support customer in understanding their problem and providevalid solutions based on their knowledge schemes and past experiences.
• Experienced and knowledgeable for a certain geographic area,specific areas of regulations.
• Excellent in communication,able to summarize requirements and describe difficult concepts in aclear way, network builder.
• Experience in establishing andoperating schemes as per ISO/IEC 17065.
