In this crucial role, The person in charge will oversee the operational aspects of academic affairs, ensuring seamless coordination between administrative functions and educational initiatives. The position involves coming up with and implementing strategies. In addition, it involves academic administrative staff, ensuring efficient and effective execution of day-to-day operations.

Key Accountabilities 

The position involves: 

• Supervising the management of both the national and international sectors to ensure the achievement of related strategic objectives. 
• Ensuring the delivery of the educational process with the highest quality to achieve student and parental satisfaction. 
• Monitoring and enhancing the quality of the educational process comprehensively and achieving institutional accreditation for the company's schools. 
• Implementing and adopting modern educational methodologies and integrating educational technology effectively. 
• Develop and manage budgets for academic departments, allocating resources effectively to support educational initiatives, and maintaining fiscal responsibility. 
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards, leading efforts to maintain and enhance institutional accreditation status. 
• Foster positive relationships with faculty, staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders, promoting open communication and collaboration to support academic excellence 

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 
• Experience with educational technologies is a basic requirement.
• Computer science, computer engineering, educational methods and technology, or any appropriate specialty supported by experience.
• At least 10 years for those who hold a bachelor’s degree, or 15 years for those who hold a diploma in the field of work or a similar field.
