Job Description - Claims Coordinator

Job Title: Claims Coordinator
Location: Jeddah and Eastern Region – Saudi Arabia
Immediate Joining Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Claims Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Claims Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of insurance claims, maximizing reimbursements, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the financial success of our clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze insurance claims for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify patient information, insurance coverage, and claim eligibility.
• Identify and resolve claim discrepancies or rejections in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to facilitate claims processing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, billing codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Generate reports and analytics to track claim status, denials, and reimbursement trends.
• Collaborate with billing specialists, coders, and other stakeholders to optimize revenue cycle processes. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (preferred).
• Proven 1- 2 years’ experience in medical billing, claims processing, or revenue cycle management.
• Strong understanding of insurance claims submission, coding, and reimbursement procedures.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using billing software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
