Corporate Governance Supervisor

Overall Purpose

Providing support in governance activities by analysis of procedures and participating in creating documents and governance models and following up on developing the cluster governance framework and practices and preparing reports.

Key Accountabilities

• Implement governance policies, processes and procedures and develop reports on compliance of the governance regulations.
• Ensure the implementation of extensive awareness regarding the Corporate Governance framework
• Ensure that cluster processes are governed by clear authority matrix and delegations.
• Design and review administrative committees' composition, role and modus operandi based on the feedback received from NWC management.
• Review and Development for governance related issues / complaints.
• Review and update cluster governance rules pursuant to statutory requirements and best practices
• Develop and review disclosure forms for the cluster management and report for conflict-of-interest cases.
• Ability to manage and resolve governances processes and escalations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
• 4+ Years of experience.
