Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Informatica infrastructure, including ETL processes, mappings, and workflows. Develop and implement disaster recovery plans for Informatica infrastructure. Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides for Informatica infrastructure and processes. Provide technical support to Informatica developers, including issue resolution and guidance on best practices. Manage Informatica PowerCenter environment, including installation, configuration, and security setup, to ensure system stability and data security.
