DC Manager (Warehouse)

• Lead and reflect company values and principles in daily interaction with customers, employees, colleagues and management.
• Build and maintain effective working relationship with suppliers, transporter, 3 PL service provider
• Manage inbound activities related to the receipt and storage of goods, inventory management, DC productivity and customer relations and interaction with other department.
• Oversee outbound activities related to order filing, stock replenishment, home delivery and shipping.
• Monitor stocks in the DC, support transportation & imports and manage home delivery and general administration.
• Manage inventory quality and accuracy assurance program through cycle counts.
• Manage ad hoc strategic projects that will lead to step changes in supply chain efficiencies and cost reductions
• Implement safety, security & housekeeping programs. (Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to, including DC / product security.)
• Achieve Distribution & Logistics KPIs as communicated for the overall efficiency of the DC.
• Always strive for continuous improvement in service levels, processes/efficiency and costs

• Min 3 years' experience hands on operational knowledge and leadership to drive the DC operations, home delivery, transportation
• Knowledge of Operational Health and Safety at DC, On road for HD and transfer trucks
• Knowledge of MS office Suite and ERP
• Speak Arabic and English.
