Summary
Leads and oversees the Enterprise Project Management Office overall activities and functions to achieve itsmission, goals, objectives and to enhance its existing systems, process and productivity.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties1. Develops, implements, monitors and updates the Division’s mission, goals, objectives, policies and otherrelated documents.
2. Oversees orientation and on-boarding processes of new hires to enhance staff experience at theOrganization.
3. Supports and monitors Saudization within the Organization, including priority in promotion.
4. Participates in selecting, recruiting, training, retaining, and evaluating assigned personnel. Maintains apositive working environment to implement policies, correct deficiencies and implements disciplineprocedures. Delegates authorities, and establishes and maintains a formal means of accountability on thepart of subordinates.
5. Assigns work, establishes priorities, monitors performance and submits periodical clear and conciseadministrative and financial reports for all assigned services/functions.
6. Acts a leader of portfolios, programs and projects delivery and governance across the Organization, asassigned Chief Transformation Officer.
7. Facilitates interactions with key internal stakeholders, including portfolio, program and project managersacross the Organization.
8. Establishes and maintains relevant portfolio, program and project management frameworks, processes, toolsand templates within the Organization, and ensures continuous improvement and enhancement.
9. Oversees the implementation and the alignment with the approved portfolio, program and projectmanagement frameworks by respective managers.
10. Ensures monitoring of progress against all portfolios, programs and projects is timely and accurate andenables the Organization’s leadership and relevant stakeholders to have visibility and sufficient informationto make the required decisions.
11. Leads the selection and prioritization of portfolios, programs and projects to ensure the alignment withstrategic goals and organizational priorities in coordination with related departments.
12. Monitors and evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery process, assesses and monitorswork load, administrative and support systems and internal reporting relationships, and identifiesopportunities for improvement.
13. Follows all Organization's related Policies and Procedures.
14. Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.
15. Performs other related duties as assigned.
EducationPhD, Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology or other related discipline is required.
Experience RequiredEight (8) years with PhD, eleven (11) years with Master’s or thirteen (13) years with Bachelor’s Degree of related experience in a large Hospital, Healthcare institutions, business corporation or related organization including five (5) years in a managerial capacity is required.
Other Requirements(Certificates)1. Saudi National Only ?
2. Certified of Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is required for Engineers. ?
3. Professional Certificates in Portfolio, or Program, or Project Management, or other related certificates is required.
