Director of Academic Affairs

•The purpose of an Academic Affairs Director is to provide leadership and guidance to academic departments, programs and other academic initiatives within the institution. This includes overseeing the management of academic standards, curricula, staffing and student development. The Academic Affairs Director is responsible for establishing the institution's academic vision, developing policies and procedures and providing strategic direction to ensure the university's academic goals are met. The Academic Affairs Director is also responsible for monitoring the progress of academic departments, programs and initiatives and providing feedback to staff and students on their performance.

•The Academic Affairs Director is responsible for overseeing the academic administration of an educational institution, ensuring the academic standards and quality of teaching, and providing support to students. They also collaborate with faculty members to develop and implement policies and liaise with external agencies.

Requirements :

• Bachelor or Master Degree qualification in Hospitality Management

• Proven 5+ years experience in an academic leadership role

• 5+ years work experience at manager level from Luxury Hospitality operations

• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to liaise effectively with staff, students and external stakeholders

• Ability to lead and manage a team

• Strong leadership abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of educational policies, procedures and regulations

• Highly organized and able to work under pressure

• Fluency in English
