District Representative III

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Representative III to join our team in Turaif, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. As a District Representative III, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our operations in the assigned district, including sales, customer service, and team management.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the assigned district.
2. Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of sales goals and objectives.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, identifying their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
4. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and improve overall performance.
5. Coordinate with internal departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to customers.
6. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all aspects of operations.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to enhance knowledge and skills.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
