Job Description

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and increase brand awareness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and implement new strategies and technologies as necessary.
• Monitor and analyze competitor websites and online presence to identify opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and operations, to execute e-commerce initiatives and projects.
• Develop and manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners to support e-commerce operations.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on e-commerce performance and initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce management or a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Should have knowledge about platforms like noon, Amazon, Careem, Cenomi, etc.
