Electrical Manager

JASARA PMC is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Manager - Design to join our team. As the Electrical Manager - Design, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the electrical design activities for our projects and ensure the successful delivery of electrical designs that meet project requirements and adhere to industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the electrical design activities.
• Review and approve electrical designs, specifications, and calculations.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment of electrical designs with project requirements and objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the design team.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct design reviews and coordinate with other disciplines to resolve design-related issues.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in electrical design and technology.
• Monitor and control design budgets and schedules.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in electrical design, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Comprehensive Understanding of Authority Requirements and Saudi Codes:
  A profound comprehension and familiarity with Saudi building codes, regulations, and standards are imperative to ensure full compliance and adherence to legal prerequisites.
• Experience in the Hospitality Sector:
  Previous involvement within the hospitality industry or on projects related to it is pivotal for grasping the specific needs and standards of such establishments.
• Knowledge in BIM (Building Information Modeling):
  The use of BIM software is essential to effectively review model drawings and coordinate with other disciplines for clash detection and seamless coordination.
• Previous Collaboration with Tier 1 Architects and Operators:
  Demonstrated experience collaborating with Tier 1 architects and operators showcases an understanding of top-tier design standards, proficient project management practices, and client expectations.
• Expertise in High-rise Design:
  Proficiency in designing systems for high-rise buildings, including a comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges and requirements.
• Excellent Communication Skills:
  Superior communication abilities are vital for effectively coordinating with internal teams, external consultants, and other stakeholders. This encompasses both verbal and written communication, along with the capacity to articulate technical information clearly and concisely.
• Strong Management Abilities:
  Demonstrated management skills to oversee a team of designers and engineers, manage project teams efficiently, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Problem-solving Proficiency:
  Aptitude in identifying potential design issues or conflicts and proposing innovative and practical solutions to address them effectively.
• Attention to Detail:
  Meticulous attention to detail is essential to guarantee accuracy in design documentation and to prevent errors or omissions that could compromise project quality or safety.
