We're looking for an experienced Project Management Specialist to join our Joint Venture & Infrastructure Project Management team.
Our Saudi Project Management Teams are responsible for delivering high-quality capital projects, ensuring safety, adherence to schedules, and compliance with budgets and standards.
The role involves managing projects of various sizes and complexities, from small to multi-billion-dollar mega projects, encompassing engineering design, procurement, and construction.
Project Management Teams operate from multiple site offices and engineering contractor design offices across Saudi Arabia.
The PM Specialist is a recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Project Management, providing expert guidance in areas such as project planning, execution, and controls.
As an SME, they leverage extensive experience and knowledge to optimize project planning, enhance design and construction quality, and improve project costs and schedules.
The PM Specialist excels in disciplines critical to project performance, including planning, scheduling, project execution, estimation, cost engineering, geomatics, value engineering, and other Value Improvement Practices.

Responsibilities

Provide expert advice and guidance in project planning, execution, and control.
Assist in resolving project management issues within your area of expertise, including planning problems, quality issues (in engineering, procurement, or construction), schedule delays, and potential cost overruns.
Collaborate closely with project engineers and professionals, offering direction and guidance.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance project planning, cost, schedule, and quality.
Evaluate existing tools and methodologies within your expertise and suggest their adoption
Lead problem-solving teams, both internally and externally, as directed by management.
Conduct training courses in your area of expertise.
Mentor and train junior engineers and project management professionals.
Participate in the development of standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures as needed.
Participate in the assessment of the capabilities of engineering and construction contractors, suppliers, and project management.

Minimum Requirements

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited program, with a preference for an advanced degree.
Possess a Professional certification from AACE, PMI, or a professional engineering board.
Have at least fifteen years of experience in the field of project management.
