Kitchen Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring dishes meet established standards. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment. Cost Control: Manage food costs and inventory, negotiating with suppliers for quality products. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure consistency and address issues. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Collaboration: Work with the front-of-house team and event planners for seamless service and special events.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role. Exceptional culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking methods. Strong leadership, organizational, and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Certification in Culinary Arts preferred; food safety certification required.
