Job Purpose:
Supervising financial and accounting operations, managing available cash for the institution, overseeing purchasing operations, supplier relations, and banking
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and ensure the implementation of management policies and procedure.Prepare and evaluate strategic and executive plans for the General Financial Affairs Management and monitor their execution.
- Participate in developing long-term financial and cash plans for company projects in coordination with relevant departments to support project-related management decisions and achieve company goals.
- Manage all financial analyses and studies to identify factors affecting company profitability and study these factors to maintain a good financial position and ensure continuous company profit growth.

- es.Propose, manage, and implement management initiatives and projects.
- Develop and monitor performance indicators for implementing departmental operational plans, initiatives, and projects.
- Supervise all accounting operations, payables disbursement, revenue collection, donations, and allocation.
- Supervise annual budget approval and expenditure monitoring.
- Supervise the development, updating, and implementation of the automated financial and accounting system and financial operation automation.
- Manage relationships with institution-dealing banks.
- Supervise cash management in the institution in collaboration with Resource Development and Investment Management.
- Supervise account closures and issuance of financial reports and statements.
- Review internal and external auditor reports and take necessary steps per recommendatio
- ns.Supervise procurement operations, inventory management, and supplier relations.
- Manage bid evaluation committees and study supplier offers.
- Ensure the accuracy of monthly payroll disbursements for employees and consultants.
- Prepare periodic reports on department activiti es.
Job Requirem ents:
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent in a related fIeld.
Professional certificates such as CFA, CPA, CMA,etc.
at least 7 years of experience in the fIeld.
