Monitor driver performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and optimal customer service. Manage fleet-related budgets and provide regular reports on fleet operation metrics. Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulations. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Fleet Supervisor or similar role. Strong knowledge of fleet management and maintenance best practices. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in fleet management software and GPS systems. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to fleet operations. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
