General Manager, Events, Comms & PR

Carter Murray Dubai has an opportunity for a General Manager of Communications, Events, and Public Relations for a government entity in Saudi Arabia who will oversee all ceremonies, protocol, and internal/external engagement activities.

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Act as a point of contact and representative for the client with other agencies, local organizations, government, and international bodies.



• 
  

  Supervise the preparation and updating of protocols for ceremonies and events hosted or attended by the client.



• 
  

  Oversee procedures for conferences, seminars, and meetings in which the client participates.



• 
  

  Manage communications and public relations efforts on behalf of the client.



• 
  

  Ensure the commitment of other departments to adhere to established protocols and relations.

Job Requirements:

• 
  

  The role is based full-time in Riyadh and in line with the Saudization targets, you MUST be a Saudi National to be considered.



• 
  

  Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, PR, Marketing or any related field.



• 
  

  At least 10 years of experience in communications, events, protocol, and public relations activities
