Job Description:

3M is looking for passionate and driven Global Travel Expense Analyst to join the Global Service Center team in Bonifacio in building a collaborative and innovative culture.


Person hired for this position will be responsible for checking and approving the travel expense report with reference to a country’s travel expense policy.

Global Travel Expense Analyst responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Check and approve the travel expense pending exception from Concur in accordance with the travel expense policy of the country.
  • Primary contact point from employees in term of inquiries for travel expense reimbursement
  • Follow up with employees on failed expense payment, potential duplicate expense claims and multiple expense reports.
  • Responsible for completeness, accuracy and timeliness of expense report check, and follow up issues
  • Ensure the performance meets KPIs and continuously improve productivity and service quality
  • Act as Global Credit Card Administrator
  • Airfare Reconciliation
  • Conduct weekly posting validation and provide weekly report.
  • Ensure compliance to 3M Financial Standard, SOX and other regulations
  • Engage in ad-hoc activities such as internal/external audit, tax audit, etc
  • Participate in the project, e.g. accounting centralization activities from the region, etc

Basic Qualifications:

  • Financial accounting and internal control knowledge are preferred
  • Experience in Concur Travel Expense Report related work – minimum 1 year
  • Experience in Shared Service Center for multi-national corporation is preferred
  • Fluent English

Skills:

  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Flexible for new assignment and willingness to learn.
  • Cross functional and cultural communication skill
  • Detailed oriented and enjoys working with operational processes
  • Highly client service and quality oriented mindset;
  • Structured approach to effectively and efficiently planning own workload
  • Team oriented person
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
