Graduate of a Bac+4 or more from an engineering school or university equivalent with a specialization in computer science. Desired experience of more than 5 years as SAP or ERP System.

1. SAP Expertise: In-depth knowledge and expertise in SAP ERP modules, functionalities, and best practices, including SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Business Suite, and industry-specific solutions.
2. Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to plan, execute, and oversee SAP ERP implementation projects, including scope management, resource allocation, and risk management.
3. Business Process Knowledge: Understanding of business processes across various functional areas (e.g., finance, supply chain, human resources) and industries to align SAP ERP solutions with organizational requirements and objectives.
4. Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills in SAP ABAP programming, SAP Basis administration, SAP Fiori/UI5 development, and SAP integration technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration).
5. Configuration and Customization: Ability to configure and customize SAP ERP modules to meet specific business needs, including defining master data, business rules, and workflow automation.
6. Data Management: Knowledge of SAP data management principles and tools, including SAP Data Services, SAP Information Steward, and SAP Master Data Governance, to ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency.
7. Integration Skills: Experience in integrating SAP ERP systems with third-party applications, legacy systems, and external data sources using SAP Process Integration (PI/PO) or SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
8. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to analyze business requirements, identify gaps and opportunities, and develop solutions that leverage SAP ERP capabilities to drive business value.
9. Change Management: Proficiency in change management methodologies to facilitate organizational change, overcome resistance, and ensure successful adoption of SAP ERP systems by end-users.
