Job Description - HR Admin Coordinator Saudi National Hybrid

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Coordinate HR-related activities and processes in accordance with Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.
  • Liaise with government agencies and ensure compliance with legal requirements for HR operations.
  • Handle administrative duties for the KSA office, including but not limited to documentation, record-keeping, and office management tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with employees and management to address Admin-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.

What Were Looking For

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Proficient in English language (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of HR practices and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Possess a valid driving license
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in HR coordination or a related role.
