Job Description - HR Manager Saudi Riyadh

This is a Saudization position for Saudi Nationals only

As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the human resources function within the organization. You will develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the company's goals and objectives, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives, and policies aligned with the organization's objectives and Saudi labor laws.
  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Lead recruitment efforts by identifying talent needs, coordinating job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts or issues in compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local market standards.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth.
  • Implement and monitor performance management systems to drive employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, data, and reports for workforce planning and compliance purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and employment practices specific to Saudi Arabia.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the HR team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in Saudi Arabia, preferably within a multinational or large organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office applications.
  • Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English languages, both written and verbal.
