HR Operation Manager

• Monitor and analyze HR metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on HR operations and trends.
• Manage HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Planning HR and administration activities annually.
• Setting, monitoring, and achieving HR targets.
• Managing recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures.
• Managing employee relations.
• Running the office and facilities management functions.
• Develop and Implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure availability and reliability of all SAFF’s facilities.
• Develop supplies requirement plan on an annual and coordinate their procurement.
• Plan for SAFF’s receptions and events (annual meetings, major announcements, etc) and coordinate with different departments and suppliers to ensure effective execution.
• Process all administration services requests for archiving, printing, permission letters, others in a timely manner ensuring their adherence to SAFF policies and procedures.
• Handle petty cash arrangement and urgent events creation.
• Support, manage all SAFF administration and government’s needs.
• Support, manage the non-Saudi employment gov. requirements and supports.
• Leading the HR and administration team.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
• Must be fluent in English.
• +5 years of experience in HR field.
