Job Description - HR Operations Manager

Job Summary:

  • Maintain all personnel policies and procedures and provide guidance and interpretation to staff.
  • Maintain all personnel files.
  • Enhance and maintain the quality of housing section and ensure the satisfaction of accommodated employees.
  • Responsible for everything related to GOSI bills, adding, deleting, work injury, and updating yearly wages.
  • Supervise all payroll activates and ensure all benefits and salaries will be delivered on time.
  • Implement employee engagement program and end ensure to have team building and employee’s gathering activates in a regular basis.
  • Managing the casual employees and ensure that they delivered to the all department as the approved budget.
  • To ensure all employee’s phone bills submitted and paid on time
  • To coordinate with Government Relation Section for Iqama renewal and to ensure all employees submit their Iqama for renewal by minimum 3 months before expiration
  • To coordinate to meet all new arrivals from international flights and ensure they are safely arrived and supporting them with any issues in immigration and customs department
  • Increase employee’s satisfaction and employee engagement and decrease employee’s retention.
  • Entering all employees data in the system including new files.
  • Managing the security in the company.
  • Prepare monthly report for the HR activities
  • Ensure that the company get full financial support from HRDF
  • Perform other assigned tasks, related work or project as required and as assigned by the head of Human Resources Department.
  • Ensure all new employees received essentials such as Office, stationery, Email access, PC, Phone, Sim card, car, and Accommodation if eligible.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or similar in the same filed
  • 3 to 6 years in the same filed
  • Professional certificate in CIPD is a Plus
