HR Supervisior (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of HR operations, ensuring compliance with local KSA laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the unique requirements of the KSA market.
• Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles.
• Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, providing them with essential information about company policies, procedures, and culture.
• Partner with department heads to identify training needs and develop relevant training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring timely enrollment, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain HR records and generate reports as needed, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Stay abreast of developments in the KSA labor market and advise senior management on HR trends, best practices, and potential risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience, with a focus on the KSA market.
• Thorough understanding of KSA labor laws and regulations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
