Building Supply Sector of Major Conglomerate
Location: Yanbu, Saudi Arabia
Competitive Salary Package Reference #102 Our client is a leading conglomerate of companies who currently seek to appoint a Human Resource Manager to their building productions division. This newly created role has been created to ensure focus to three mid-sized build supply companies in the construction sector. The key criteria of this role are to manage the human resource administration and operations of this sector. Reporting to the Chief HR Manager, the proven performer we seek will be responsible for the following: • Policy development and implementation
• Support the management team and Head of HR in the delivery of human resource management services to numerous companies across the Group of companies within the building supply sectors.
• Performance management
• Coordination of all company Recruitment and selection process
• Administration and management of Personnel files.
• Coordination of Learning and Development programs.
• Success Planning and Career Development Programs.
• Compensation and Benefits administration in conjunction with the Head of HR.

The attributes we seek comprise the following: • Degree in Human Resources and/or Commerce with a minimum of 3 years’ human resource / administrative experience.
• Industry experience in the building supply or construction sector would be highly regarded.
• Saudi national candidates only to be considered.
• Strong leadership abilities with superior communication skills and a high level of professionalism. Listening skills are paramount.
