Job Description - Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a dynamic HR Officer to join our team in Jeddah, KSA. Our company is dedicated to providing HR support to businesses across Saudi Arabia, and we are looking for a motivated individual to contribute to our mission.

The ideal candidate will be fully responsible for managing the entire Human Resources cycle, from strategic planning to operational HR functions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Staff Management: Lead recruitment efforts, including selection, orientation, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions as necessary. Monitor, appraise, and review staff performance, ensuring adherence to productivity, quality, and customer service standards. Implement necessary changes to optimize operations

• Supervision and Guidance: Supervise HR personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective HR operations

• Employment Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employment relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Stay updated on changes to labor laws and communicate relevant information to stakeholders .

• Compliance Management : Ensure compliance with labor laws, including regulations related to white-collar, labor, and Saudization initiatives. Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures accordingly .

• HR Software Implementation: Implement and utilize HR software systems in accordance with local regulations and corporate guidelines to streamline HR processes .

• Reporting and Analysis : Report to senior management by analyzing HR data and utilizing HR metrics. Generate periodic HR reports for business stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights .

• Succession Planning and Career Development : Implement a succession planning framework and drive career development initiatives to foster talent retention and growth within the organization .

• HR-Finance Interface : Manage the interface between HR and finance/payroll departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and benefits.

• Benefits Administration : Administer the company's medical insurance scheme for all salaried staff and their dependents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements .

• Government Relations: Oversee the process of obtaining visas, labor cards, and ID cards for new and existing employees. Supervise the company's Government Relations Officers in KSA to ensure timely resolution of related matte rs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

• Previous experience in HR administration or related roles.

• Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.

• Fluency in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).

• Saudi nationals only.
