Job Description:
As an Inventory and Logistics Coordinator at our production facility, you will play a critical role in managing our supply chain operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management and logistics coordination using SAP Business One. You will work closely with various departments to streamline processes, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of inventory control and logistics operations within the production facility.
Utilize SAP Business One to monitor and maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transporters to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries of raw materials.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to maintain accuracy and prevent production delays.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and minimize costs.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements in logistics operations.
Generate and analyze inventory and logistics reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with production, procurement, and quality assurance teams to forecast inventory needs and prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Address and resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies or logistics delays. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory and logistics coordination, preferably in a production facility.
Proficiency in SAP Business One or other ERP systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
