Job Description: Marketing and Sales Director

Location: Jeddah/ Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans for growth.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing and sales team.
• Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities in the Saudi market.
• Manage brand image and reputation.
• Oversee sales activities and client relationships.
• Implement digital marketing strategies for lead generation.
• Manage marketing and sales budgets and track performance.

• Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5 years of experience in marketing and sales leadership, particularly in the Saudi market.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and digital marketing skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
