Job Description - Medical Manager

Job Description

Achieving the financial and development goals of medical complexes

Maximize quarterly profits.

Developing the operating efficiency of medical complexes to the maximum degree.

Developing medical clinics and raising monthly revenues for each clinic.

Compliance and conformity with all instructions of regulatory government agencies

Increasing the efficiency of medical staff

Developing the skills of the administrative staff in medical complexes

Increasing the efficiency of laboratories and radiology centers

Departmental restructuring of work teams

Spreading the culture of management by objectives

Monitor budget and billing payments

Order medical and office supplies

Develop and implement office policies and procedures

Supervise office staff, including receptionists, secretaries and cashiers

Maintain medical and staff records

Liaise with doctors and nurses to identify potential office dysfunctions

Arrange cleaning staff and emergency maintenance services as necessary

Provide informative material for patients

Generate inventory records

Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws and high ethical standards

Job Requirements

Bachelor of Medicine

Ten years' experience in hospital management or medical complexes
strongly prefer hospital management diploma
Distinguished skills in planning and management
Excessive ability to communicate
Distinguished skill in conflict management and problem solving
Strong mental and physical capacity to follow up and manage the team
Age does not exceed fifty years
Males only

Proven work experience as a medical office manager

Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative processes and principles

Ability to handle medical records discreetly

Knowledge of medical issues and terminology

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Ability to multi-task and perform well in stressful situations

Communication skills and a customer service orientation
