Network Administrator

We are currently hiring a Network Administrator to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of our data communications network. The candidate should have the skills and expertise to deploy, configure, maintain, and monitor all active network equipment, ensuring seamless network operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving network issues, implementing security measures, and proactively optimizing network performance. The Network Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining a robust and dependable network infrastructure for our organization.

Responsibilities

• Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate networks
• Make upgrades and repairs as needed
• Ensure network security and connectivity
• Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput,and latency) and test for weaknesses
• Resolve problems reported by end user
• Define network policies and procedures
• Specify system requirements and design solutions
• Research and make recommendations on network and administration

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience in a network administrator role
• Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching
• Experience with firewalls(preferred Palo Alto and Fortinet) , MPLS , Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
• Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices.
• Knowledge of Avaya IP telephone systems
• Knowledge of Merki wireless solution
• Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols.
• Dependable and flexible when necessary.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• CCNA certified , CCNP certified
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field of study.
